Delivery Method
We do not offer delivery services; we specialize in pickups only.
Lead Times
For smaller orders, we kindly request a minimum notice of 24 – 48 hours.
Planning a special event or a larger catering order? We require a minimum of 7
days’ notice. Ordering in advance is always a great idea!
Payment Policy
To validate your order, full payment is required within 6 hours of placing your
order.
Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in the
cancellation of your order.
Changes and Cancellations
Payments made are nonrefundable.
I f you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at least 48 hours
before the scheduled pickup time. Keep in mind that due to our preparation
schedules, we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated on short notice.

Our scrumptious offerings may contain dairy products, wheat, nuts, crayfish,
shellfish, and gluten.
